The Opportunity

The longevity economy is forecasted to exceed $600 billion globally. The United States will have 73.1 million Americans age 65+ by 2030. Direct primary care and concierge practices have grown at 83% annualized over the past five years. Despite this tailwinds, private equity penetration remains below 5%—creating a significant white space for disciplined platforms.

Our Strategy

We invest in "picks and shovels"—the delivery infrastructure that all longevity and precision medicine therapies require. We build revenue-diversified platforms across three engines: Core Clinical Services (primary and specialty care), Longevity Therapy Administration (hormone replacement, peptide therapy, diagnostics), and Clinical Trial Hosting (early-stage and post-market research networks).

Why PE Discipline

Venture-backed clinic models have failed to achieve sustainable unit economics. Forward Health burned $650 million before collapse; Modern Age shuttered after $43 million in losses. Our approach is fundamentally different: we acquire already-profitable physician practices at 3-5x EBITDA, achieving cash flow positivity on day one. We pair operational excellence with disciplined capital allocation.

These institutional firms represent our natural buyer universe at exit, providing clear value creation pathways and strategic continuity for our portfolio companies.
